The 2020 Anniversary Team for the 7th Year Apostolic Celebration was a five member Team. From left to right, it was comprised of Pastor Sheena Coleman as Team Leader. Then Evangelist Tina Davis, Minister Cheryl S. Robinson, Minister Pamela Brooks Team Secretary, and Sister Terri Lee in mantle order per Eph. 4:11. Anniversary dates were June 25 - 27, 2020.
This Team met weekly via Zoom for both events. Their first two meetings were “meet and greet”. They needed to get to know each other. The business of ministry was done thru having weekly meetings every Tuesday evening, having an agenda, keeping meeting notes, using group emails and group texting to communicate to Team members. This Team went thru the 5 levels of Team formation that of forming, storming, norming, performing, and adjourning. They also covered Etiquette for their Zoom meetings.
God placed each of them on this Team for such as a time as this. Prayerfully they learned a lot about themselves and each other as they sought to have a Kingdom minded Team. The Bible states it this way in Proverbs chapter 27, Verse17 from The Passion Translation. It takes a grinding wheel to sharpen a blade, and so one person sharpens the character of another. They probably got on each other's last nerve! Joking aside, To God be the Glory for the things He has done.
